How do I calculate business days between two dates?
Count every Monday-Friday between the dates and skip weekends. A Monday-to-Friday span is 4 business days (or 5 if you count the end date). This calculator shows the count automatically.
How long is 10 business days?
Exactly two calendar weeks, when no public holidays interfere. 'Ships in 10 business days' from a Wednesday means roughly two and a half calendar weeks.
Does the count include public holidays?
No - holidays differ by country and year. Add them manually on top of the weekday count for your region's calendar.
Can I count business days since a past date?
Yes - set the past date as start and today as end. Useful for SLA breach checks, invoice aging and probation periods.
